Do I have to be 21 to order?

Yes. All customers must be 21 or older. Age is confirmed on the site and again at checkout, and carriers may require an adult signature on delivery. We cancel orders where age cannot be verified.

Are your hemp products lab tested?

Yes. Every hemp-derived product is tested by an independent third-party laboratory. Certificates of Analysis cover cannabinoid content plus screening for pesticides, heavy metals, residual solvents and microbials. Email us the batch number from your packaging and we will send the matching COA — see Lab Results.

Is shipping discreet?

Yes. Every order ships in plain outer packaging with no product branding, imagery or labelling that indicates what is inside.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and you will get a tracking number by email once yours ships. Transit time depends on your address and the service selected at checkout. Full detail is in our Shipping Policy.

Which states can you ship hemp THC products to?

Laws vary by state and change often, so the answer changes too. If your state restricts something in your order we will contact you before shipping rather than sending it anyway. Current restrictions are listed in our Shipping Policy.

What payment methods do you accept?

Card payments and crypto payments are both available at checkout. The exact options shown depend on your order; all payment is processed on our secure checkout and we never see or store full card details.

What is the difference between delta-8, delta-9 and delta-10?

All three are hemp-derived cannabinoids. Delta-8 is the mildest and where most people start; delta-9 is the most familiar and the strongest of the three at the same dose; delta-10 is usually described as the most daytime-leaning. Browse Delta-8, Delta-9 and Delta-10.

How much should I take?

Less than you think, and then wait. Edibles take up to two hours to come on — start with half a gummy and do not redose early. Vapes act within minutes, so take one short draw and pause. Blended products containing THC-P, THC-H or HHC-P are considerably stronger than the milligram count alone suggests.

Will hemp products show on a drug test?

Possibly. Hemp-derived THC products can trigger a positive result on a standard THC screen, and even full-spectrum CBD contains trace THC. If you are tested, this is worth knowing before you order.

What is your return policy?

Unopened, unused items can be returned within 30 days. Consumables and opened devices cannot be returned. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded with no return needed. Full detail is on our Refund & Returns page.

Do you sell authentic brand products?

Yes. Everything comes direct from the brand or an authorized distributor. Counterfeits are common in this category, particularly with rolling papers and premium glass, and we do not carry them.

My cartridge tastes burnt — what is wrong?

Usually the battery voltage is too high, or the draws are too long. Drop to the lowest setting that still produces vapour and take shorter draws with a pause in between. See our cartridge guide.

How do I clean my glass?

Seal it in a bag with 91% isopropyl alcohol and coarse salt, shake, leave 30 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with hot water. Never use a dishwasher, and never pour boiling water into a cold pipe.
