Kratom (Mitragyna speciosa) is a Southeast Asian botanical; its primary alkaloid is mitragynine, and labeled MIT content is how you compare strength across formats. Capsules are the measured, no-taste entry point. Extract shots and tablets concentrate the alkaloids — much stronger per serving, for experienced users. Seltzers and sodas deliver a mild, sessionable amount. Start low with any new product and don’t stack formats.
