Shipping Policy

We ship across the United States in plain packaging with no product branding on the outside.

Processing and delivery

Orders placed before the daily cut-off are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order leaves us you will receive a tracking number by email — check your spam folder before contacting us about a missing tracking email. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday begin processing on the next business day.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States only. Hemp-derived THC, kratom and certain other products cannot be shipped to every state, because state law on these categories varies and changes regularly. If your state restricts an item in your order, we will contact you before shipping and either amend the order or refund the restricted item.

It is the customer’s responsibility to know the law where they live. Placing an order confirms that the products you have selected are legal in your state and locality. See our Terms & Conditions.

Age verification and adult signature

All customers must be 21 or older. Age is confirmed on the site and again at checkout. Where required by law, shipments need an adult (21+) signature on delivery — if nobody is available to sign, the carrier will leave a notice rather than the package.

Discreet packaging

Every order ships in plain outer packaging. There is no product branding, no imagery and nothing on the label that indicates what is inside.

Damaged, lost or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email info@puffezee.com within 7 days with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or refund you, and you will not need to ship it back. For a package tracking as delivered that you have not received, check with neighbours and your carrier first, then contact us — we will open a trace with the carrier.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination. The full cost is shown before you pay; there are no charges added after the order is placed.
