Age is verified on the site and again at checkout, and carriers may require an adult signature on delivery. We reserve the right to cancel any order where age cannot be verified.

All smoking accessories sold on this site are intended for use with legal herbs and tobacco. Hemp-derived products sold here are derived from hemp as defined under federal law. Nothing on this site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and no statement on this site has been evaluated by the FDA.

Compliance with state and local law

Laws covering hemp-derived cannabinoids, kratom and mushroom products vary by state and change frequently. It is your responsibility to know and comply with the law where you live before ordering. Product information and testing

We publish cannabinoid content and serving information as reported by the independent laboratory that tested the batch. Batch Certificates of Analysis are available on request — see Lab Results. Product images are representative; packaging, colours and designs change and may differ from the image shown.

Pricing and availability

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We make every effort to keep stock accurate, but if an item is unavailable after you order we will contact you to amend the order or refund the item.

Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept when the order ships. We may decline or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud, where age cannot be verified, or where a product is restricted at the delivery address.

Products are used entirely at your own risk. Puffezee is not liable for misuse of any product purchased from this site, for any consequence of using a product where it is not legal, or for indirect or consequential loss. Use all products responsibly and as directed by the manufacturer. Keep all products away from children and pets. Do not drive or operate machinery after using hemp-derived products.
