THC-A is non-intoxicating in its raw form, but applying heat (smoking, vaping) converts it to delta-9 THC — a process called decarboxylation. That makes THC-A flower and pre-rolls effectively equivalent to traditional high-THC products once lit, while remaining hemp-derived and federally compliant on paper. Formats: flower for grinding and rolling, infused pre-rolls (often with diamonds or kief) for maximum potency, disposables for convenience.
