AWS AT-150 – 150G X 0.01G

Description

A 150 g capacity with 0.01 g readability is the classic pocket-scale spec, and the AT-150 is the straightforward version of it. Small ceiling, fine resolution — which is the right way round for weighing small amounts accurately.

Getting accurate readings

• Use it on a hard, level surface — never a carpet, a bed or your lap.
• Let it settle and read zero before loading anything.
• Use tare to subtract a tray or container rather than doing the maths.
• Keep it away from draughts, vibration and phone chargers.
• Recalibrate with the supplied or a known weight if readings start to drift.

Looking after it

Close the lid before it goes in a bag — pressure on the platform is what kills load cells. Take the batteries out if it will sit unused for months, and wipe the platform with a dry cloth rather than spraying it.
