Kozo Grinder Hemp – 2CT

Description

A two-piece hemp-composite grinder, sold as a two-count. Lid and base only — no collection chamber, no kief catcher — which makes it the lightest and cheapest way to grind, and the easiest to lose.

Getting a better grind

Fill to about two-thirds. An overpacked grinder jams and gives an uneven grind. Turn a few times, then flip the whole grinder upside down and turn again — gravity stops the finished material being ground into dust. Dry material grinds cleanly; sticky material is easier if you chill the grinder for 20 minutes first.

Care

If it gets stiff to turn, that is resin on the threads — wipe them with an isopropyl-dampened cloth and it turns like new. Do not soak an aluminium grinder for long periods; the anodising does not like it.
