Delta-8 gummies are the easiest hemp-derived product to get right, because the serving size is printed on the pack instead of guessed at. Most of ours run 10mg to 50mg per piece across fruit flavours from Half Bak’d, Astro Eight and CannaAid.

Start with half a gummy and wait two full hours before taking more. Edibles are slow, and redosing early is the mistake almost everyone makes the first time. Onset varies with what you have eaten — on an empty stomach it is faster and stronger; after a heavy meal it can take well over two hours.
Store them sealed, cool and out of reach of children and pets. Gummies look exactly like sweets, so a locked or high cupboard is not an overreaction.
