Gummies are the easiest to dose because the milligram count is on the pack — start with half and give it two hours. Disposables hit within minutes and are simpler to carry, but harder to measure. Cartridges work out cheaper per gram if you already own a 510 battery.
At the same milligram count, delta-8 is noticeably milder than delta-9. That makes it a reasonable starting point, but it also means people underestimate the newer blended products — many delta-8 disposables now include THC-P or HHC, which changes the picture entirely. Read the cannabinoid breakdown, not just the headline.
